Start Refund
For returns with Quick Service Discount, click on Start A Return submit your order number and zip code. Our team will contact you within 24 hours, if your item approved for free return we will mail you shipping label for free return.
Drop Off Your Return
Need fast returns? Simply drop your return package to near UPS, USPS and FedEx location.
Receive Your Refund!
Once your Quick Service Discount return has been processed, we’ll send you a Return Notification email. Please allow 1-3 business days for refunds to be received to your original form of payment once the return has been processed.
Eligibility
We gladly accept returns or exchanges on unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise purchased from Quickservicediscount LLC within 30 days from the date you receive your order.
Items Covered
- Regular wear (dresses, sweaters, jumpsuits, jackets)
- Wedding and party dresses
- Female shoes
- Bra sets, lingerie, nightwear, and nighties
Return Process
- Items must be returned with all original tags attached and in original packaging.
- Items must be in like-new condition (unworn, unwashed, undamaged).
- For returns within 30 days, your original form of payment will be credited.
- Returns received after 30 days will be credited with a store e-gift card.
- Gift cards and e-gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.
Non-Returnable Items
- Worn or soiled intimate apparel, lingerie, swimwear (if applicable).
- Items from special collections or vintage lines (if applicable
- Beauty & wellness products that are opened or used.
Defective or Damaged Items
- Report any missing, damaged, or defective items within 30 days of shipping date to qualify for return or exchange.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error on our part
